We're getting married next year and were wanting to have our BBQ reception ouside at a county park. Does anyone know if I hire a caterer with an ABC license, will that permit me to serve alcohol?

 PS -  All the county parks have a "Alcohol prohibited" rule.

 I believe that a caterer with an ABC license will permit you to serve alcohol.  But I also think that you could get a temporary license yourself (but don't quote me on that).  I believe that you can contact the department of parks and recreation to get a more accurate answer.  Also, here is a link to the NC ABC website.  http://www.ncabc.com/ I hope this helps!

 We had a work function at Oak Hollow Lake Park in High Point and were able to get a one day permit in order to serve alcohol.
